Each pay period the following reports are available:
- Checks or Cash Vouchers with pay statements, providing
your employees with a clear understanding of earnings and
deductions.
- Payroll Journal broken down by department providing an
at-a-glance analysis of the current and year-to-date pay and
deduction categories.
- Check Reconciliation with an accounting of each employee
paid by name, check type, check date, check number, direct deposit
amount (where applicable) and net pay.
- Payroll Tax Reports that provide detailed tax information
for both employer and employee.
- Departmental Report for effortless transfer to your
general ledger, this report provides totals for all hours, earnings
and deductions.
